HEYPRESSON Products are shipped through reliable delivery partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, or FedEx.

We usually require 24–36 hours to dispatch your orders. Most orders are shipped within 12 hours.

A complete address with a valid phone number is mandatory for shipping. No orders will be shipped without a valid phone number.

We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)

For orders within India, we generally use Delhivery as our courier partner.

We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹599.

For orders below ₹599, a shipping fee of ₹80 will be charged.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹50.

Minimum order value is ₹499. Orders below this value cannot be shipped.
International Shipping

We do not have any return, refund, or exchange policy for reasons like dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of usage.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If your parcel has been damaged during shipping or you have received a defective/wrong product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
