Shipping & Refund Policy

  • HEYPRESSON Products are shipped through reliable delivery partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, or FedEx.

  • We usually require 24–36 hours to dispatch your orders. Most orders are shipped within 12 hours.

  • A complete address with a valid phone number is mandatory for shipping. No orders will be shipped without a valid phone number.

  • We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • For orders within India, we generally use Delhivery as our courier partner.

  • We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹599.

  • For orders below ₹599, a shipping fee of ₹80 will be charged.

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹50.

  • Minimum order value is ₹499. Orders below this value cannot be shipped.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping directly through the website.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At HEYPRESSON, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, hence:

  • We do not have any return, refund, or exchange policy for reasons like dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of usage.

  • We always try to provide the best quality handmade press-on nails to our customers.

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If your parcel has been damaged during shipping or you have received a defective/wrong product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • In such cases:

    • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • A video of unboxing is mandatory for any replacement requests.

📌 Note: Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be processed in case of unserviceable pin codes or if the order cannot be delivered from our side.
