In the event HEYPRESSON is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by e-mail and your order may be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to delivery issues.

In such cases, HEYPRESSON shall not be liable to pay for any damages owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
